REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds are issued once we've received and inspected a returned item, provided it meets our return conditions:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements are not eligible for a refund

How to Request a Refund
Email fernievqz@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll confirm receipt and walk you through the next steps within 1 business day.

Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take your bank or card provider a few additional days to post the refund to your account.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. We're unable to issue refunds to a different card, account, or as store credit unless requested and agreed to in advance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item so we can resolve it quickly.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted — for example, if an item shows signs of use or is missing original packaging (where applicable). This will be communicated to you before your refund is processed.

Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it reflected, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at fernievqz@yahoo.com and we'll look into it.

Non-Refundable Items
Opened supplements, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
