1. Shipping Policy
We want your order in your hands as fast as possible. Here's how shipping works at Better Every Day.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $5.99 (Free over $75)
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $12.99
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at fernievqz@yahoo.com.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package leaves our facility, but we'll do everything we can to help track it down or make it right.

2. Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements.
How to Start a Return
Email fernievqz@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with next steps within 1 business day.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item — we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened supplements, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
